Job Description: Technical Project Manager
Position Overview:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of technical projects within the business. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing technical projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
4. Strong technical background, with expertise in relevant technologies and tools.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
10. Certification in project management (such as PMP) is preferred, but not mandatory.
